Peter B. Hankla

Peter B. Hankla is a graduate of the University of North Dakota for both his B.B.A., 1987, and his law degree, 1991. He was admitted to the North Dakota and Minnesota Bar in 1991.

Peter has presented public seminars on Trust and Estate Planning, Charitable Giving, and Landlord/Tenant Law. Peter is a member of the North Dakota State Bar Association, Minnesota State Bar Association, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).

Peter is currently Vice-Chairman of Minot's Task Force 21 Executive Committee which is the community's base retention and expansion committee, is a member of the Chamber’s Military Affairs Committee (Chairman 1999-2001), and serves of the Board of Directors of the Minot Rotary Club. Peter has previously served on the Board of Directors for the Minot Area Chamber of Commerce (Chairman of the Board 2002-2003), Board of Directors for the Minot Country Club (President 2008-2009), Director for the Mid-Dakota Chapter of the American Red Cross, and Member of the Air Force’s Air Combat Commands (ACC) Commanders Group.

Peter practices primarily in the areas of Business Law, Employment, Corporate and Commercial Law, Real Estate, Trust and Estate Planning, Probate and Immigration.
