Richard H. McGee II received his B.A. degree from Minot State College in 1974 and his law degree
from the University of North Dakota in 1977, and was then admitted to the North Dakota bar.
Richard is a member and former president of the Ward County Bar Association. He is a member of
the American Bar Association, State Bar Association of North Dakota, Association of Defense
Trial Attorneys, and a member and former president of the American Board of Trial Advocates.
He is also a Fellow of the International Society of Barristers and Fellow of the American
College of Trial Lawyers.
Richard has delivered public seminars on personal injury, medical malpractice, and tribal
court law.
Richard practices in the areas of Tort Litigation, Insurance Defense, Medical Malpractice,
and Products Liability.
