Peter B. Hankla is a graduate of the University of North Dakota for both his B.B.A., 1987,
and his law degree, 1991. He was admitted to the North Dakota and Minnesota Bar in 1991.
Peter has presented public seminars on Trust and Estate Planning, Charitable Giving, and
Landlord/Tenant Law. Peter is a member of the American Bar Association, Minnesota State
Bar Association, North Dakota State Bar Association, and the American Immigration Lawyers
Association.
Peter is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Minot Area Chamber of
Commerce, Member of the minot Area Chamber of Commerce's Military Affairs Counsel and
Task Force 21, Director for the Mid-Dakota Chapter of the American Red Cross, and Ex-Officio
member of the Minot Area Development Corporation.
Peter practices primarily in the areas of Business Law, Employment, Corporate, Contracts,
Commercial Law, Real Estate, Trust and Estate Planning, Probate and Immigration.
