Bryan L. Van Grinsven is a graduate of the University of North Dakota (B.A. 1992) and the
University of Minnesota (J.D. 1995). He was admitted to the North Dakota Bar and the
Minnesota Bar in 1995. He is also admitted to the U.S. District Courts of North Dakota
and Minnesota and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Bryan is a member of the State Bar Association of North Dakota, the Minnesota State Bar
Association, the American Bar Association, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
He has served as vice president (1998) and president (1999) of the Ward County Bar
Association and is presently a member of the State Bar Association of North Dakota CLE
Committee. Bryan also teaches Business Law at Minot State University.
Bryan's practice includes Business and Corporate Law, Commercial Litigation, Contracts,
Secured Transactions, Estate Planning, Real Estate and Civil Litigation.
